• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and act proactively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of production planning and quality control processes.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Willingness to work at Puncak Alam area.
• Strong sense of responsibility, transparency, and discipline.
• Ability to follow and enforce SOPs strictly.
• Ability to read technical drawings (AutoCAD is an advantage).
• Experience in PU panel or related manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibility

The Production Supervisor is responsible for protecting production integrity, not merely running machines or meeting output targets. This role exists to prevent quality, audit, safety, and compliance failures through early detection, escalation, and control.

• Plan and monitor production schedules with a strong focus on Quality Control (QC).
• Understand machine operation sufficiently to assess proper execution.
• Monitor production conditions and identify abnormalities early.
• Immediately escalate any issue that may affect quality, safety, audit, certification, or customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to production activities.
• Train, guide, and motivate production operators to achieve performance targets.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes.
• Enforce all SOPs, especially for known or recurring issues.
• Supervise and verify critical operations.
• Provide basic production reporting, including material usage, defects, and incidents.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
