Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required to meet the daily/ weekly/ monthly targets, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are maintained at all times.
• Manage, coach and develop a high performing manufacturing team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuos improvements.
• Ensures that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of workers and visitors.
• Maintains a high standard of 5s environment.
• Responsible to understand and comply to related Environmental Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Management System requirements.
• Cooperate with employer with regard to environment, safety and health at workplace.
• Preferable have a proven experience of at least 5 consecutive and recent years in leading the development of automation framework and automation (functional)
• Lean six sigma/ Lean expert/ Project management & other Engineering related certification added as advantage for this position.
• Proficient in standard business application software
