Budgeting: Estimate costs, negotiate budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.

Quality Control: Determine and enforce quality standards for all manufactured goods.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage production staff, fostering peak efficiency.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to workflows and production techniques.

Maintenance: Organize routine maintenance and repairs of production machinery.

Health & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations.
