About the role

Supercomal Medical Products Sdn Bhd. is seeking an experienced Production Leader to join our team in our Sungai Petani, Kedah facility. As a Production Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our production department, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing processes. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to meet daily and weekly production targets
• Implement and monitor production schedules, optimising workflow and identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Train, develop and motivate production staff to enhance their skills and productivity
• Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to align production activities with overall business objectives
• Provide regular performance reports and recommend process enhancements to management

What we\'re looking for

• Minimum 1 years\' experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in the medical devices or related industry
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in analysing data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements
