Company Background:

Our client specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of daily chemical raw materials, including cosmetic active ingredients, raw materials, and synthetic perfumes. They operate two major production bases in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, and Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province. The Ma'anshan City production base, through its subsidiary, was constructed according to GMP guidelines for APIs and has passed the FDA on-site audit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality
• Monitor, analyze, and report on production data to identify trends and optimize processes
• Strategically plan and organize production schedules to ensure timely and consistent delivery of high-quality products to customers

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
