We are looking for a Production Executive to manage and optimize production schedules, monitor output, and ensure smooth and efficient production operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams to keep production on track and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Production Scheduling & Monitoring
  • Update and prioritize production schedules based on sales forecasts and production needs.
  • Track daily and weekly production output, compare with targets, and report discrepancies.
  • Adjust production schedules as needed to optimize efficiency and resolve delays.
Team Collaboration & Communication
  • Organize and lead regular production meetings to review progress, solve issues, and keep teams informed.
  • Work closely with Marketing to align production with customer needs and expectations.
  • Guide the production team on priorities and timelines to ensure smooth operations.
Monthly & Production Reporting
  • Ensure timely completion of production for month-end closing and coordinate logistics for invoicing and shipping.
  • Prepare and share monthly reports on production progress, output, and challenges with relevant teams.
Production Optimization & Risk Management
  • Identify and implement improvements to optimize production and reduce lead times.
  • Develop contingency plans to manage risks such as supply chain disruptions or equipment failures.
Sustainability & Compliance
  • Support efforts to reduce material waste and improve resource use.
  • Prepare for audits and ensure production processes comply with industry standards.
Job Requirements
  • Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Business or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years in production planning.
  • Language: Proficient in spoken and written Chinese, as the role requires regular communication in Chinese.
  • Skills: Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
