• Ensure machines are well maintained and keep good records.
• Call team members for meetings and convey instructions.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• To assist the Manager in carrying out smooth running of production
• To initiate problem-solving and troubleshooting activities/processes to reduce production rejects and production-related problems or delays.
• To ensure all machines are well maintained and keep good records
• To call team members for meetings: convey instructions from manager, mobilize enthusiasm of all staff in the team, and ensure the standards of various production tasks
• To contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
