We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Engineer/Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at Federal Packages Sdn Bhd in Simpang Ampat, Penang. In this full‑time role, you will play a crucial part in optimising our manufacturing processes and ensuring the efficient and high‑quality production of our products.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and increase product quality.

Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to optimize manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, test, and validate new production methods and technologies.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Provide technical support and guidance to production staff, troubleshoot issues, and implement training programs.

Participate in the planning and execution of maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.

Contribute to the development of new products by providing engineering expertise and input during the design phase.

What We're Looking For

A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a similar production engineering or process engineering role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production‑related issues.
