Qualifications

• 2–5 years of working experience in precast concrete production or a similar manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to optimize workflow and maximize output.
• Inspect precast components before and after casting.
• Conduct pre-pour, post-pour, and pre-delivery inspections for all components.
• Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Calculate and forecast manpower and material requirements for the production line.
• Procure production materials such as mesh rebar, cast-in items, moulds, and accessories.
• Coordinate with plant RTO for conformity inspections.
• Liaise with subcontractor supervisors and workers to ensure smooth production operations.
• Collaborate with main contractor and site teams to meet project requirements and timelines.

Working Location: Senai, Johor

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Industry: Precast Concrete Manufacturing
