Production Director, Cut & Sewn Knit (Stationed in Bangladesh)

As Production Director, Cut & Sewn Knit (stationed in Bangladesh), you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in textile production, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments, which are located in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the production process, including planning, scheduling, and execution of cut & sewn knit products.
• Lead and mentor a team of production managers, supervisors, and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet company and industry specifications.
• Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the production workflow.
• Work closely with various teams to align production capabilities with product development timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate raw materials for production.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations in the production facility.

Job Requirements
