Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning and production without hiccups.
• Support HOD with reports related to planning and production.
• Collect and compile Daily Production Reports.
• Manage stock counts and reconciliation of inventories.
• Solve production quality issues.

Job description

Function as a contributing member to the planning and production team to ensure no hiccup on daily production requests.

To support HOD in all reports and summary in relation to planning and productions

Collect and compile Daily Production Reports.

To manage, assist and implement daily / weekly / monthly stock count and reconciliation of inventories for all production related materials

Co-ordinate with production and other department workers to solve the production quality issues.

Manage any other duties / tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

• With working experience in the related field is favorable.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
• Good interpersonal skill, independent and self-motivated. Good work ethic with great self-initiative.
• Teamwork spirit is a must.
• Good physical and mental health.
• Punctuality is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
