A global payroll provider is seeking a Product Specialist/Senior Product Analyst to manage regional payroll products. The role involves analyzing payroll functionalities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and writing specifications. Ideal candidates have a degree in Information Systems or HR and 3-5 years of experience in HRMS products, especially in payroll. Proficiency in solution design and basic SQL is essential. The position requires working independently in a fast-paced environment and coaching junior team members.

The job holder must ensure the payroll products are aligned and according to the employment and statutory regulations for the payroll countries. He/she must equip himself/herself with the payroll products knowledge and capable to perform his/her job independently. He/she may comprehend the requirements and regulations provided by local/regional team of the payroll countries, analyze and provide system solution diligently and able to write in Payroll Functional Specification.
