What You Will Do

You will be responsible for promoting and selling our clinical diagnostics product range, including advanced in‑vitro diagnostic (IVD) systems and laboratory equipment. The role involves developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and ensuring effective market coverage across hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic laboratories.

  • YHLO iFlash Immunoassay Systems – Advanced chemiluminescence technology with 120+ FDA‑cleared parameters across major diagnostic categories.
  • HYCOR NOVEOS™ Allergy Testing – Singleplex platform with 240+ allergens using breakthrough microparticle technology.
  • Sugentech Multiplex Allergy Solutions – Korean innovation enabling 120+ allergen tests on a single strip in just 3.5 hours.
  • ECOFRIJ/FRIZ Pharmaceutical Refrigeration – MDA‑approved, energy‑efficient cold storage with precision ±1.5°C uniformity.
  • Real‑Time Temperature Monitoring (TgTrack) – IoT‑based cloud system for automated compliance and centralized monitoring.
Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for the clinical diagnostics portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, including laboratory managers, pathologists, and hospital procurement teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Provide technical consultation and recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product delivery, installation, and after‑sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical devices, IVD systems, or laboratory equipment.
  • Strong understanding of clinical laboratory operations and diagnostic testing.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, independent, and results‑driven.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
