The Product & Solution Growth Manager drives the commercial and technical growth of the company’s security, CCTV, and IoT product portfolio. This role focuses on developing competitive solution offerings, optimizing product performance, and enabling sales teams to win projects through strong technical-commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop product and solution roadmaps across CCTV, VMS/NVR, AI analytics, IoT devices.
  • Evaluate new technologies.
  • Identify product gaps and propose new models or solution bundles.
  • Analyze security market trends across key verticals.
  • Build pricing, bundling strategies, and recurring revenue models.
  • Define growth strategies for commercial, industrial, and smart city segments.
  • Support sales with solution design including CCTV layout, IoT integration, storage sizing.
  • Review tender specifications and customer requirements.
  • Conduct demos, POCs, and product training.
  • Prepare BOMs, diagrams, and solution proposals.
Go-to-Market & Product Launch
  • Lead product launches for new solutions.
  • Create sales kits, product sheets, and pitch decks.
  • Train sales teams and channel partners.
Product Performance & Optimization
  • Track deployed system performance and analytics accuracy.
  • Gather feedback to improve product features and stability.
  • Analyze profitability and recommend pricing/spec adjustments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with engineering and vendor partners on customization.
  • Coordinate with project teams on solution delivery.
  • Manage relationships with system integrators and technology partners.
Requirements
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, IT, Networking, or related field.
  • Strong technical understanding of CCTV, VMS, networks, cloud, and IoT.
Experience
  • 4–10 years in CCTV/security, IoT solutions, product management, or pre‑sales.
  • Familiarity with major CCTV brands and SI environments.
Skills
  • Good understanding of IP networking.
  • Strong presentation and commercial skills.
  • Ability to translate technical features into customer value.
