Overview
JOBJE.ASIA is a recruitment-focused job portal developed by an established recruitment firm. The platform is currently under development and preparing for Phase 1 launch.
We are looking for a Product Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to work closely with our AI IT vendor, internal recruitment, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the successful launch, monetisation, and continuous improvement of the job portal. This role reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager and acts as the key bridge between recruitment business needs, technology delivery, and product execution.
Responsibilities
- Product Execution & Delivery: Own day-to-day product execution; translate the approved roadmap into clear, executable tasks; manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews; break down features into detailed requirements, user stories, and documentation; track progress against roadmap milestones and timelines; identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and escalate when required; assist with vendor coordination (BestWeb, AI partners); work closely with developers on requirements clarification; ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation; support delivery timelines and release coordination; facilitate daily communication between product and development teams.
- QA, UAT & Product Quality: Coordinate QA and UAT processes; define and manage test plans and test cases; validate features against acceptance criteria; ensure defects are tracked, prioritised, and resolved; maintain product quality and usability standards.
- Product Growth & Adoption: Run activation and retention experiments; conduct A/B testing to optimise product performance; generate insights to inform roadmap refinement recommendations; work closely with Marketing and Sales to improve product usage and adoption.
- Product Documentation & Operations: Maintain and manage product documentation; ensure documentation is current, clear, and accessible; prepare release notes and internal product updates; support internal enablement for Marketing and Sales teams.
- Platform & Delivery: Support successful Phase 1 launch within the agreed timeline; monitor for stable system performance with minimal post-launch issues; ensure timely delivery of product enhancements aligned with business needs.
- Growth & Adoption & Revenue Contribution: Support growth in registered employers, active job postings, and jobseeker registrations/applications; contribute to initial platform revenue through job advertisements, subscriptions, and recruitment services.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology / Digital Marketing / Marketing / Business / Service Management or related fields
- 4–7 years of experience in Product Management (SaaS, platform, or marketplace preferred)
- Strong execution and delivery management skills
- Experience working with development vendors
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Data-driven mindset with experience in experimentation and funnel optimisation
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote-first environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in recruitment agencies, job portals, HR tech, or staffing platforms
- Exposure to AI-based recruitment or matching systems
- Understanding of job portal monetisation models
- Experience supporting new product or platform launches
- Experience supporting B2B platforms or ATS-like systems
- Exposure to growth or product-led growth initiatives
