Famsy is looking for an ambitious Product Innovation Specialist. This role is perfect for someone at the start of their journey who is ready to take significant ownership of product conception and directly leverage their bilingual skills.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Engagement: Act as the primary liaison, effectively communicating, negotiating, and coordinating with our Chinese-speaking suppliers and manufacturing partners.

2. Product Development for Corporate & Brand Clients

Creative Conception: Research market trends, anticipate user needs, and generate innovative, commercially viable product concepts.

Develop product proposals for clients and event organizers (GWP, PWP, corporate gifts, merchandise for retail).

Use AI tools (we will train you) to generate basic mockups or concept images when needed.

Process Coordination: Support the full product development lifecycle, assisting in the handover of specifications between design, engineering, and production.

Documentation Management: Handle technical specifications, RFQs (Request for Quotations), and procurement documents, often requiring the translation and verification of materials in Chinese.

3. Project & Timeline Management

Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.

Work closely with Production, Creative, Sales, and Logistics teams.

Requirements

Mandarin proficiency is required (written & spoken) for supplier communication.

Creative Aptitude: Demonstrated interest, portfolio, or academic projects showcasing an ability to conceptualize and design appealing products.

Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Tech-savvy and eager to learn AI tools for product mockups.

Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.

Experience in sourcing, procurement, or product merchandising is a plus.
