Job description

Job responsibilities：

• Optimize the design of company test equipment and select related standard parts from local Malaysian suppliers
• Analyze and diagnose equipment-related mechanical faults and carry out post-incident traceability.
• Retrofit and upgrade production-line equipment to improve productivity and product quality.
• Prepare, revise, update, and archive mechanical deliverables for projects, and conduct operator training.
• Perform acceptance checks on supplier-assembled equipment; regularly work with suppliers on corrective actions and long-term follow-ups for issues found.

Job Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience; familiar with structural design, material selection, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Solid grasp of mechanical principles and design methodologies; proficient with SolidWorks, Pro/E (Creo), and AutoCAD.
• Familiar with electrical control principles and common component selection; knowledgeable about pneumatic principles and common pneumatic component selection.
• Experience designing non-standard automation equipment in the semiconductor testing industry is a plus.
• High sense of ownership and execution, with excellent organization, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good communicator, meticulous and responsible, with strong teamwork spirit.
