Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher is preferred.
• Less than One (1) year of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develops Manufacturing solutions that satisfy customer requirements.
• Utilizes tools and equipment to perform necessary work including analysis and verification.
• Demonstrates understanding of Plexus Manufacturing processes and product requirements.
• Ensures adherence to quality and change management procedures.
