PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER & SENIOR MANAGER (FINANCIAL & CRYPTO INVESTMENTS)

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end creation of our next‑generation investment products. This role is critical in translating market opportunities into tangible, viable, and successful financial systems. You will be the bridge between the complex world of blockchain technology, quantitative finance, and the practical needs of our users, guiding products from a mere concept through to successful commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory shifts, and evolving customer needs within both traditional finance and the crypto ecosystem. Use this insight to identify and validate new product opportunities.
• Synthesize market needs into a clear product vision and strategy. Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for systems that may include trading platforms, wallet services, DeFi integrations, or automated investment products.
• Conduct independent, critical feasibility studies to assess the technical, economic, and legal viability of proposed products, including cost‑benefit analysis, risk assessment, regulatory compliance evaluation, and ROI projections.
• Shed products through the entire lifecycle: conceptualization, development, production & launch, and commercialization.
• Lead brainstorming and initial scoping.
• Work closely with development teams in an Agile environment, prioritizing the backlog and making key trade‑off decisions.
• Oversee QA, beta testing, launch planning, and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Drive product adoption, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and iterate based on user feedback and commercial performance.
• Act as the liaison between technical teams (developers, programmers, quants) and non‑technical stakeholders (sales, marketing, compliance, end‑users), ensuring everyone is aligned on product goals and timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or product development experience, with a proven track record of taking products from concept to launch. Direct experience in financial services, trading, brokerage, or cryptocurrency/blockchain is mandatory.
• Exceptional ability to structure ambiguous problems, formulate a strategic product thesis, and create a clear, actionable product roadmap.
• Proven expertise in conducting independent feasibility studies, financial modeling, and competitive analysis, making data‑driven decisions under uncertainty.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum). Ability to engage meaningfully with developers on architectural concepts, API design, and technical constraints. Familiarity with blockchain protocols (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum) and smart contracts is a significant plus.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the maturity to influence cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to a non‑technical audience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
