Job Description

We are looking for a talented and innovative Product Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Design & Drafting:
• Conceptualize and prepare shop drawings for customized furniture based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Create technical drawings of existing standard products for production purposes.
• Develop original new products in Malaysia based on concept drawings and input from designers.
• Project & Site Management:
• Assist in project and site management, including site visits, measurements, drawings, specifications, finishing details, documentation, and progress reporting to management.
• Coordinate and work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure successful site renovations and product development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field with relevant furniture experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Hands‑on with a willingness to learn on‑site and off‑site.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, BM, and Chinese.
• Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
