Job description

We are hiring a Product Data Analyst to join our team on a 12 months contract. Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in shaping our success. As a Product Data Analyst, you will learn about comprehension and knowledge of the business processes and systems which interact and utilize product information.

  • Analytical and detail‑oriented, with a strong ability to detect and resolve data inconsistencies throughout migration processes.
  • Adaptable in working with both legacy and modern data systems, embracing change and learning new tools quickly.
  • Collaborative, partnering effectively with IT, engineering, and business teams to ensure smooth and aligned migration outcomes.
  • Resilient and resourceful, able to navigate challenges and setbacks common in large‑scale migration initiatives.
  • Committed to upholding data security, integrity, and confidentiality across all migration activities.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve team accuracy, reliability, and efficiency, especially during transitions.
  • Confident in asking the right questions and communicating clearly within cross‑functional environments.
  • Focused on continuous improvement and root‑cause analysis to drive sustainable and successful migration results.
Desired skills and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree holders in a related field (i.e., Data Management, MIS, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or Engineering).
  • Preferable candidates with 1-2 years of work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required proficiency in using Excel, Access, and various Mass Loading Tools for Data Loading.
  • Ability to comprehend technical documentation, such as Statement of Line and Engineering documents.
  • Knowledge of SAP is desired but not mandatory, gained from academic coursework, certification programs, or practical experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP Variant Configuration methods, including developing rules with executable code, desired but not mandatory.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Evaluate existing product data models into new product models as required by Marketing, Engineering, Sales, PIC, Sourcing, Manufacturing Operations, and Distribution.
  • Validate the data representation of product models in support of product development, order fulfillment, life‑cycle maintenance, customer service, specials, pricing, order planning and scheduling, inventory management and electronic catalog processes.
  • The emphasis is on data integrity, providing efficient order specification, pricing, manufacturing, and shipping for improved product profitability and dealer/customer satisfaction.
