We are looking for a Product Application Engineer to join our dynamic team at CETM Electrotest Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting High Voltage Testing Equipment and related solutions, including but not limited to:

• High Voltage Transformer Testers
• Relay & Breaker Protection Systems
• Underground Cable Fault Locating & Diagnostic Tools
• Low Voltage Electrical Testers
  …and many more cutting‑edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and customer needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth proposal and solution delivery
• Provide after‑sales training and technical support
• Perform installation and commissioning (where applicable)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on‑site

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic preferred)
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn advanced testing technologies
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Ability to travel extensively within Malaysia supporting regional offices
• Customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving skills
