  • Lead and manage procurement strategy, departmental functions, and influence stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Drive cost optimization, value creation, and efficiency improvements across processes.
  • Oversee contracts, vendor relationships, and risk management to secure supply and protect business interests.
  • Review and update procurement processes regularly; implement corrective actions and accountability measures.
  • Conduct analysis to recommend strategies, support decision-making, and leverage group synergies for competitive advantage.
  • Manage budgeting, reporting, and maintain accurate procurement information systems.
  • Lead cross-functional projects at regional and local levels while fostering strong vendor relationships.
  • Coach and motivate team members, monitor performance, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with strong English communication skills.
