We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to join our Procurement team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing procurement functions for automotive operations, with the ability to drive cost savings, negotiate effectively, and build strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to support business objectives, cost efficiency, and supplier reliability.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management, with a focus on automotive parts, components, and materials.
• Evaluate supplier performance, manage supplier risks, and drive continuous improvement across the supply base.
• Collaborate with Sales & Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and specification compliance.
• Oversee purchasing activities, including demand planning, PO management, and cost optimization.
• Monitor market trends and global sourcing opportunities to ensure competitiveness and supply continuity.
• Implement procurement KPIs, track performance metrics, and report to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, ESG standards, and internal policies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ procurement experience with at least 1 year managerial role experience.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, OEM/vendor management, and global sourcing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage due to business nature needs.
