Job description

All duties are to be carried out at all times in compliance with all Venator Corp. and Venator EHS, business conduct policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of goods and services.
2. Manage procurement processes for capital projects, including budgeting, vendor selection, and contract negotiation to support investment initiatives.
3. Lead procurement activities for projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets while mitigating risks and maximizing value.
4. Oversee procurement of high-value goods and services, negotiating favorable terms to optimize costs and minimize supply chain disruptions.
5. Develop and manage supplier contracts, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and fostering positive supplier relationships for continuous improvement and innovation.
6. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Implement inventory management practices to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and ensure the availability of critical materials.
7. Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, fostering collaboration, transparency, and mutual value creation for long-term strategic partnerships.
8. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement to meet departmental goals.
