  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and support meetings.

Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Procurement Global Indirect Business Process Owner (GPO) in daily operations
  • Ensure procurement data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities within the P2P process
  • Develop, maintain, and manage procurement data systems including data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting
  • Support KPI management, including root-cause analysis and improvement action plans
  • Assist in defining, documenting, and updating global S2P process standards, policies, procedures, and RACI metrics
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and support meetings, including data gathering, slide preparation, and meeting logistics
  • Monitor incidents, issues, and case queues; track status, aging, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining action logs
  • Act as backup support to the GPO when required
  • Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Support local buying activities including supplier phase-in, setup, and extensions
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain required documentation and update records in the iValua system
  • Request and upload supplier certificates into the iValua system
  • Upload contracts into the ICAP system (NDA, Frame Agreement, Statement of Work)
  • Maintain and update procurement and contract tracking records
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and data management skills
