Responsibilities

  • Assist in the procurement process, including gathering and analyzing vendor information.
  • Facilitate communication with suppliers and stakeholders regarding contract terms.
  • Prepare and compile tender documents in accordance with company standards.
  • Support Tender Comparison and ensure all are completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Prepare progress claims and certificates of payment in line with contractual agreements.
  • Review and verify claims submitted by contractors for accuracy and compliance with terms.
  • Liaise with finance and project teams to ensure timely processing of payments.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for procurement and contract-related documents.
  • Implement effective document control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Regularly update records and databases to reflect current contract statuses.
