A leading electronics company in Johor is seeking a dynamic candidate fluent in Mandarin to coordinate with stakeholders and manage projects. Ideal applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, possess 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and be proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Fresh graduates in Mechanical Engineering are encouraged to apply. This role includes responsibilities like cost evaluation, project management, and ensuring efficiency enhancements in processes.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team.
You will play an important role in:-
1. Initiate QRF Costing Worksheet includes (Customer drawing review, new material specification study, layout orientation design optimization, material yield calculation, process development & cycle time control and machine/tooling selection.)
2. Responsible for supporting the frontline sales team in addressing and fulfilling customers’ requirements.
3. To evaluate and conduct testing for process optimization which includes cycle time & cost analysis in process efficiency enhancement and material waste reduction which directly impacts costs.
4. To enhance the machine and process capability to increase the throughput efficiency.
5. Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) on new project/part to access the capability of manufacturing process.
6. Involved in customer interaction by assisting in developed tailored solutions for specific requirements in new product development.
7. Collaborate with QA in root cause analysis and provide corrective action towards quality issues.
