Job Summary
The RPA Engineer (Fresh Graduate) supports the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional managers and technical leads to define and maintain technical standards and guidelines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining automation solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in technical reviews and contribute to the improvement of solution quality and consistency.
- Support the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and tools.
- Follow established technical standards, best practices, and company policies.
- Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
- Review and evaluate new technologies that may benefit current and upcoming projects.
- Participate in technical design reviews to ensure high-quality technical designs.
- Facilitate alignment of solutions within the overall technology strategy.
- Design solutions at the enterprise level with moderate guidance.
- Assure best practices are defined and followed.
- Drive consistency across applications and projects wherever possible.
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, VBA) and a willingness to learn new technologies (Microsoft Power Platform).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Interested in automation, process improvement, and technology-driven solutions.
- Advanced design and architecture experience.
- Advanced skills with SQL, IIS, HTTP, and FTP.
- Experience in designing applications for automated production environments (preferred).
