Responsibilities
  • Provide “One-Stop” and holistic banking solutions to our customers.
  • Offer Professional Wealth Advice – be part of the leading wealth solutions team in the industry and supported by a regional wealth panel, constantly engaging with our wealth specialists, sensing the pulse of the global economy, and offering professional advice and appropriate financial solutions to our Premier Banking customers, achieving your revenue target.
  • Be Our Premier Banking Advocate and Acquire New Customer – involved in events and sales activities in line with the PB business direction and other sales initiatives, engaging customers and prospects, acting as ambassador of the bank to share the benefits and invite them to be part of the Premier Banking.
  • Service – proactively engage PB customers to establish a good relationship, achieving a growing customer satisfaction and improving customer engagement score consistently.
  • Compliance – adhere diligently to all documentary and procedural requirements, ensure no lapses in control, submit statutory and regulatory reports on time, and maintain zero defect in account opening, sales transaction execution, loan submission, and others.
Qualifications
  • Diploma and above holder with minimum 2 years sales or service experience in the financial or service industry (e.g. airline, telco, hotel, tourism).
  • License and relevant certifications (PCE, MTA, FIMM, IPPC/PPKM etc) – added advantage.
  • Strong interest in financial planning, investment, lending, and sales.
  • Strong understanding of financial and non-financial markets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good social networking skills and ability to deliver and maintain high quality customer service.
  • Multilingual – added advantage.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel.
