Job summary

A leading banking institution in Johor Bahru is looking for Preferred Relationship Managers to enhance customer relationships and provide financial planning advice. Ideal candidates will have a degree or diploma, 2-3 years in branch sales, and relevant licenses. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Those selected will participate in dynamic initiatives to boost sales. Walk-in interviews are scheduled for January 24, 2026, from 10 AM to 1 PM.

Qualifications

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in a branch sales environment.
  • Possess mandatory licenses such as IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILLI, TBE, etc.

Job Responsibilities
  • Acquire and manage customer relationships by providing financial planning advice in a sales oriented environment.
  • Manage customer relationships to increase share of wallet under the "Farmer" concept.
  • Provide financial planning advice to customers - focusing on Wealth Management Products.
  • Take initiative and run activities to source leads.
  • Keep abreast of customers' need and market trends and competitors' programme offers and activities for targeted customers regularly.
  • Liaise with customers and convert leads to sales.
Job Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in a branch sales environment.
