• Understand and abide by all safety/compliance standards.
• Interpret blueprint drawings to build products to specifications.
• Use required measuring devices.
• Meet/exceed productivity goals.
• Learn and sustain knowledge of quality issues while ensuring products meet standards.
• Perform buddy checks on team member's work.
• Complete production paperwork and data collection entries.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Basic tool use for setups and changes.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
