• Oversee pullet rearing programs to ensure healthy flocks.
• Supervise farm infrastructure and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee by-product management and fertilizer plant operations.
• Lead and manage farm supervisors and technicians.
• Prepare regular farm performance reports.
