• To perform service delivery duties involving the transportation of patients and the despatch of instruments and documentation.
• To provide consistent and excellent service experiences in support of hospital operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in transporting patients to and from various departments such as the Radiology Department, Specialist Clinics, Operating Theatre, Endoscopy Daycare, Chemo Daycare, and other departments as required.
• Be responsible for the safe despatch of specimens, CSSD instruments, and medical equipment.
• Be responsible for performing despatch-related duties as required by units such as Billing, Radiology, Medical Records, or other related units.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all information at all times.
• Assist superiors in ensuring that all SOPs are adhered to by the porter services team.
