Job Summary

Responsible for production planning, material coordination, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth production flow, accurate inventory control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

PMC / Planning & Material Control

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, and Quality teams to ensure production schedules are met.
• Monitor material availability, follow up on shortages, and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Track production progress, WIP, and delivery status, and update schedules accordingly.
• Prepare production planning and material control reports.

Warehouse Management

• Oversee receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation, system updates, and stock control.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Ensure proper warehouse layout, labeling, FIFO practice, and 6S compliance.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements and support shipment activities.

General Duties

• Maintain accurate records in ERP / inventory systems.
• Support continuous improvement in planning, inventory control, and warehouse efficiency.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience in PMC and/or warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably able to speak Mandarin, as the role requires close coordination with the China team.
