About the role

We are seeking an experienced PMC Executive, Assistant Manager or Manager to join our talented team at XFS SDN. BHD. in Perai, Penang. This full‑time role will play a crucial part in supporting the overall operations and goals of our company.

PMC Executive
Key Responsibilities
  • Source raw materials, parts, and consumables for production
  • Procure indirect materials (MRO items, tools, spare parts, PPE, consumables, utilities, and services)
  • Issue purchase orders and track order fulfillment
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers and transporters
  • Monitor inventory levels to support production planning
  • Verify delivery documents, invoices, and quality requirements
  • Liaise with production, warehouse, and finance departments
  • Maintain procurement and logistics records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing procurement or logistics
  • Knowledge of MRP, inventory control, and production processes
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Good communication and coordination skills
Job Summary

Leads procurement and logistics strategy to support manufacturing efficiency, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop purchasing and logistics strategies aligned with production goals
  • Manage supplier sourcing, contracts, and long‑term partnerships
  • Control material costs, inventory turnover, and logistics expenses
  • Ensure supply continuity and risk mitigation
  • Establish SOPs, KPIs, and compliance with ISO/industry standards
  • Lead and develop purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams
  • Drive cost‑saving, localisation, and process improvement initiatives
  • Report performance and risks to senior management
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistic or Business
  • 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain roles
  • Strong leadership and strategic sourcing experience
  • In‑depth knowledge of MRP, ERP, inventory management, and logistics
  • Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement preferred
