Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a Plant Manager (LSS) to take ownership of project execution and long-term asset performance. This role plays a critical part across construction planning, site coordination and post-COD asset oversight, ensuring projects are delivered on time and continue to perform as expected over their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily site activities for utility-scale solar PV plants
  • Coordinate EPC contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
  • Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards
  • Monitor site progress, resolve issues and manage interface between civil, electrical, and mechanical works
  • Develop and manage project schedules, construction sequences and milestones
  • Plan site logistics including material delivery, storage and installation sequencing
  • Track progress against schedule and identify risks or delays early
  • Prepare regular site progress reports, look-ahead schedules and risk updates
  • Oversee overall plant performance, availability and operational KPIs
  • Work closely with O&M teams to ensure energy yield and performance targets are met
  • Support monitoring of plant financial performance
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil) or related field
  • Candidates from EPC, IPP or power plant backgrounds are welcome
  • Strong experience in utility-scale solar, power plants or large infrastructure projects
  • Proven ability to manage site execution, planning and contractor coordination
  • Good understanding of solar plant operations, O&M and performance drivers
  • Comfortable working across technical, operational and commercial interfaces
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
