A leading manufacturing company located in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a candidate to assist in production planning and other related responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Studies, or Management. Proficiency in MS Office and good problem-solving skills are highly desirable. Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
• Prefer at least 1 year of working experience in the related field for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and basic mathematical skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multitask and result-driven.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assists in production planning for business division.
• Monitors stock availability and coordinates site planners with Sales & Marketing department.
• Gathers Production, Finance and Sales information to assist in decision-making on raw material purchase and production option.
• Assists in creating or revising current sales costing.
• Assists in coordination with the external tolling party.
• Assists in preparing annual budget & forecast.
• Assists in internal transfer within the business division and with other business divisions.
• Compiles finished Goods and Feedstock information on a weekly basis.
• Assists in creating price formula for potential long-term contractual customers.
• Prepares price comparison and ROI calculation for potential and existing long-term contractual customers.
• Assists in preparing new business proposal/contract for potential and existing long-term contractual customers if required.
