A leading pharmacy in Malaysia is seeking a Pharmacist Assistant to assist with daily operations, promote health supplements, and manage retail sales. Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, overseeing stock inventory, and ensuring the cleanliness of the store. Ideal candidates should be customer-oriented and knowledgeable about health-related products. Training will be provided for the right individual.
Assist pharmacists in day to day operations and will be the person in charge during your office hour.
Educate and promote health supplement, personal care, skin care products and, any marketing campaigns/programs.
Attend and manage retail sales, processing cash and card payment.
Handle online sales order, online customer query, product packaging and product shipment to courier for online sales.
Deliver/send goods to courier services like GDEX, DHL, PosLaju or J&T express only upon request.
Ensure the retail outlet is clean, neat, pleasant and tidy at all times.
Managing stock inventory and stock management.
Carry out the company annual stock take as a team.
(Note: Day to day operations include dispensing medications, promoting health supplements, providing health and medical knowledge to customers, point of sales inventory receiving, inventory management, daily retail store up keeping using first in first out system and other duties.)
