Job description

Our Client is an internationally accredited, multi-disciplinary and tertiary care private hospital located in the Klang Valley Region. It was recognised in 2021 for its excellence in the digital health industry. As part of their growth plans, they are seeking to hire a registered, dedicated, and experienced Pharmacist to be part of their team.

Responsibilities
  • Generally responsible for the use and distribution of drugs in the hospital ensuring their safe usage, prompt, and accurate delivery to patients requiring them.
  • Reviews written prescriptions for accuracy, drug interactions and incompatibilities and communicates with the prescriber for any suggested changes.
  • Provides information to medical and other staff members about drugs, their various dosage forms and packaging, so as to guide them in making drug and therapeutic decisions.
Key Requirements
  • Has a Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized University
  • Must be registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
  • Possess a Poisons Type A License to deal generally with Controlled Medicines
  • One year experience in hospital-based Pharmacy is an advantage.
  • Computer Literate
  • Good Interpersonal Care and communication skills
