Pharmaceutical Sales Executives (KL/Johor/Melaka)

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare professionals (Hospitals/Medical centres/GPs/Pharmacies).
  • Promoting the company's products and services to potential customers & existing customers.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline.
  • Attending trade shows, conferences and other industry events to network and showcase the company.
  • Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Maintaining detailed sales reports and analysis to track performance and sales activity.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and support the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales or a related sales role is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and objections.
  • A team player. Self-starter, fast learner and ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport & willingness to travel within Malaysia as required.
