Job Responsibilities

• Transportation Duties
  • Safely transport company personnel and clients to designated locations.
  • Follow assigned routes and time schedules efficiently.
  • Ensure timely arrival and pick-up as per company requirements.
• Vehicle Maintenance
  • Conduct routine checks on the vehicle’s condition (oil, water, tires, brakes, lights, etc.).
  • Schedule and coordinate regular servicing and maintenance.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fuelled, and in good working condition at all times.
• Compliance and Safety
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
  • Maintain valid driving license and ensure compliance with all transportation regulations.
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage immediately.
• Documentation and Record Keeping
  • Maintain accurate records of travel times, distances, and fuel usage.
  • Log all vehicle maintenance and servicing activities.
  • Submit transport reports as required by the company.
• Professionalism and Confidentiality
  • Exhibit a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
  • Ensure discretion and confidentiality in transporting company staff and handling sensitive information.
• Supportive Duties
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods or documents as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc support to departments requiring logistical assistance.

Qualifications
