We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the business and ensuring the Director's time is managed efficiently. The position is mainly based in Malaysia, but you must be ready to travel globally whenever required.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Director
  • Conducting research and providing analysis to support the Director's decision-making process
  • Handling travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and arranging itineraries
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the Director, screening and prioritising communications
  • Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar personal assistant or executive assistant role, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of office productivity software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Must possess driving capability, be able to drive, and hold a valid driving license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Discreet and professional, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
