The ideal candidate will handle comprehensive administrative and personal tasks for the director, liaise with internal teams and clients across various industries, and assist in managing schedules and reports. Strong proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required. The role demands a well-organized individual capable of managing confidential information and traveling as necessary.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to director and the the companies.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and business partners across construction, machinery rental, and restaurant operations
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • In charge of Online Banking matter
  • Monitor and respond to utilities for offices and restaurants
  • Monitor and respond for restaurant licenses, workers’ working permit, workers’ wages calculation and any related restaurant matter
  • Update company website
  • Assisting in marketing related matter for the restaurant
  • Travel locally or overseas when required to support business needs.
  • Assist with basic IT and system-related matters, including coordination with service providers.
Requirements
  • Possess knowledge or exposure to construction, machinery rental, and restaurant businesses.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, as one of the shareholders is from China.
  • Willing and able to answer work-related calls during off days and public holidays, when necessary.
  • Willing and able to travel as required.
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in common office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, email, document management systems).
  • Basic knowledge of servers, IT systems, or network environments will be an added advantage.
  • Well‑organised, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
