Hiring Personal Assistant to CEO

Location: Penang
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Working Style: On‑site
Experience: 2‑3 years related
Salary: RM3,500 – RM6,000 per month

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support the CEO in both professional and personal matters. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a fast‑paced schedule, communicate clearly with internal teams, and represent the CEO with professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and update the CEO’s daily schedule, ensuring smooth coordination of all appointments and commitments.
  • Liaise with internal departments and team members to align schedules, confirm meetings, and ensure timely communication.
  • Manage all travel‑related matters including booking flights, accommodations, ground transport, and preparing itineraries.
  • Accompany or host the CEO’s guests visiting Penang, ensuring a warm and professional experience while representing the CEO.
  • Assist with personal errands, lifestyle arrangements, and daily logistics as needed.
  • Communicate with and instruct household staff/maid to ensure smooth household operations.
  • Prepare documents, handle basic administrative tasks, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure the CEO’s day runs efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Willing to work flexible hours when required.
  • Possess a valid driving license (advantage).
