A global technology leader in Malaysia is seeking an Executive Assistant to support administrative tasks and facilitate expatriate integration. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Business Administration and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Mandarin and good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. This role demands strong organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexibility and the ability to work independently are key attributes for success.

General Administrative Work – Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Accommodation Arrangement for Expatriates – Coordinate housing, relocation, and related logistics for incoming and current expatriate employees.
Hospitality Arrangement for Expatriates – Organize meals, transportation, and other hospitality services for expatriates as required.
Executive Meeting Support – Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, compile reports, and follow up on action items for executive-level meetings.
Translation and Communication Support – Assist with translation and interpretation between Chinese expatriates and non-Chinese speaking local staff to ensure effective communication.
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Willing to travel and work in Batu Kawan.
Flexible, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
