Located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, they are part of the Hitachi Sunway Information Systems family, offering a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.
Manage Executive's Schedule: Organize and coordinate the CEO's daily activities, appointments, travel, and meetings with precision and efficiency.
Facilitate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective message delivery.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing both internal and external events, ensuring seamless logistics and a professional atmosphere.
Document Management: Prepare and compile meeting materials, take minutes, and manage correspondence with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to support special projects and initiatives, adapting to changing priorities with ease.
Ad-hoc Administrative Support: Provide additional administrative support as needed, including occasional travel and flexible working hours.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Practice, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience counts as much as formal education in this role.
Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a secretarial or personal assistant role, ideally supporting a CEO or director.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential for effective communication within a diverse team and client base.
Skills and Attributes: Exceptional planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and take initiative, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
