Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide a full range of confidential secretarial duties and overall administration support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
  • Plan, maintain and coordinate the CEO's scheduling management, travel and accommodation arrangements, arrange lunch / dinner venue reservation and plan annual leaves.
  • Effectively supporting the CEO by compile, proofread, and reviewing all incoming calls, e-mails, documents and ensuring timely correspondence and approvals.
  • Organize meetings and follow up actions post meetings. Take meeting minutes or provide general assistance during presentations if required to do so.
  • Respond to Board members and other stakeholders' queries in a timely and professional manner, both orally and in writing occasionally.
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with HOD / internal staff / Board members and Business Associates.
  • Plan, organize, manage and co-ordinate Driver’s schedule.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Self-motivation, result oriented, problem-solving skills, confident, positive personality and good business acumen.
  • High degree of accuracy, resourceful, attention to detail and strong work ethics
  • Communicate effectively in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Able to work independently and interact professionally with all parties of various department in the company.
  • Working Location: HQ - Hua Yang Berhad.
