Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and daily priorities.
  • Coordinate communication, follow‑ups, and high‑level correspondence.
  • Support planning and execution of regional initiatives and new projects.
  • Conduct research, source vendors, request quotations, and manage small operational tasks.
  • Coordinate logistics, events, on‑ground visits, and key appointments.
  • Handle confidential tasks with absolute discretion and maturity.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain structure, efficiency, and momentum in the Managing Director’s workflow.
