An educational institution in Johor is seeking a qualified individual to ensure the smooth running of the Director's Office. The role includes managing office supplies, handling monthly accounts, and assisting with Mandarin translation. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, and experience in accounts is advantageous.
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Director's Office.
Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administration.
Manage office facilities, supplies and maintenance.
Handle monthly accounts of the Director.
Assist with Mandarin Language translation.
Assist other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
Strong time-management and organization skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in accounts will be an advantage.
